| Georox Resources Inc. is a Canadian natural resource company engaged in the acquisition, exploration and development of base and precious metal properties. The Company first acquired exploration properties in southeastern Ecuador, South America, in 2006 and 2007. It has now focused those holdings on the most promising concessions and anomalous areas. The Company's property portfolio in Ecuador currently encompasses 35,613.70 hectares. The properties are held by three of Georox's Ecuadorean subsidiaries and the Company manages its operations in Ecuador through Orosources Minerals S.A. located in Cuenca. In 2008 Georox began implementing its pro-active development strategy outside Ecuador. The Company's initial step has been the staking of mineral claims in the prolific Tillicum Mountain area in the West Kootenay region of southeastern British Columbia, Canada. |
